Yacht 1.1 - Collaboration with Terra Frammenti
This bespoke yacht bar, created in collaboration between Sheree Stuart Design and Terra Frammenti, is conceived as a luminous anchor for life on the water. Clad in Crystal Sapphire Quartzite on lightweight honeycomb backing and framed with slim bronze accents, it delivers the presence of monolithic stone while meeting the technical demands of marine design. The composition is informed in part by Terra Frammenti’s Verpera Console, translating its tailored geometry and drawer rhythm into a marine setting where everyday rituals become elevated moments at sea.

Designed as a sculptural extension of the yacht’s architecture, this bar blends residential-level refinement with the precision of maritime engineering. A continuous sweep of Crystal Sapphire Quartzite wraps the cabinetry and wall, its mirrored veining and warm bronze framework creating a calm, ordered backdrop that echoes the surrounding coastline and sky. Honeycomb backing allows the stone to appear generously thick while significantly reducing weight, maintaining the yacht’s performance while preserving a sense of solidity under hand.
The design language draws in part from Terra Frammenti’s Verpera Console—its nuanced grid of fronts, slender reveals and proportion of volumes reinterpreted here as a built-in marine bar. Bronze accents trace the edges of doors, shelves and structure, catching light and visually articulating the quartzite while introducing a subtle, jewellery-like glow across bottles and glassware. The proportions of counter, storage and display are carefully tuned to life on board, equally suited to a quiet espresso at sunrise or cocktails at anchor, resulting in a bar that feels both robust and almost weightless: a crafted piece of architecture designed for long passages, intimate gatherings and elevated moments on the water.
